Payment

Payment methods accepted are:  Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal and Bank Transfer.  Card payments are taken using paypal - you do not need a paypal account.

Dispatch Times

Our items are made to order just for you, and dispatch times will vary.

We aim to make and dispatch your items as soon as possible, however if you need your item sooner please contact us BEFORE buying, and we will do our best to help

*Dispatch times may be longer at busy times of the year

Delivery

Delivery estimates and times can be seen in your shopping basket.  These are only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed.
Please also be aware of the dispatch time.  Ie if your delivery time, is next day, this be be the day after dispatched, not ordered.
Shipping Prices are based on weight and total value, and are automatically generated.

United Kingdom
Royal mail services are not fully tracked, and will only show that an item has been delivered. If you would prefer to track your item along it's route, you will need to choose DPD.
DPD courier prices exclude Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands,  Scottish Highlands and Islands (see postcodes below).  Items orders to ship to these locations will incur an additional fee and an invoice will be sent once you have placed your order.
It is recommended that you contact us for a quote before ordering.

Europe
Standard Royal Mail Services are not tracked.  Please choose the appropriate service if you wish your item to be tracked,
If you would like a fully tracked service, to follow your orders journey, you will need to choose DPD.

Rest of World
Standard Royal Mail Services are not tracked.  Please choose the appropriate service if you wish your item to be tracked,
If you would like a fully tracked service, to follow your orders journey, you will need to choose DPD.

Returns

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase, however if for any reason your are not, please contact us in the first instance to resolve.  You must contact us within 14 days of receipt.
The customer will be responsible for return postage, and the where a refund is due, the initial postage cost will de deducted from the refund*

For Custom items, we cannot accept returns*, however please contact us and we will do our best to resolve.
